Request your paddock card for BimmerFest in advance
Will we see you on the 25th of May in Venray and would you like to attend BimmerFest with your own BMW on the paddock? Register in advance by filling out the registration form on this page. Are you selected? You’ll receive a free paddock card for your BMW. With a paddock card, your BMW gets access to the paddock. Are you joining us as a member of a registered BMW club? The club contact will receive a paddock card for the entire club, so you don’t have to request one separately. The different themes of BimmerFest 2024 can be found below. Apart from your paddock card, each visitor needs an entry ticket in order to access the event. Tickets can be bought on the online ticket shop. Tickets are different to a paddock card.

Paddock card registration possible
Due to the enormous enthusiasm from the clubs and individual participants, some sections are already fully booked. This doesn't mean that the venue is already completely full, just that applying for a paddock card for certain sections is no longer possible. A general paddock card can be requested below, after which the BimmerFest Team will check in which section there are still places available.
All BMW models are welcome here! Due to the limited number of places, a selection will take place. From an original to a tuned BMW, you’ll find them all on the individual paddock at BimmerFest. Are you attending with a group of friends, but with less than eight cars? Each driver can request his or her own paddock card. Try to arrive as a group, since this will increase the chance to be parked together. Fill in the form below to request an individual paddock card. Within a week you will hear whether your car has been selected or has been placed on the waiting list.
Note: are you attending BimmerFest with a BMW club? Ask the club contact if he or she has reserved space in the club paddock.

Do you drive a High-Performance BMW M model, as mentioned on the BMW M GmbH website as one of the “BMW M automobiles” models? Join the BMW ///M Area. As this year’s section gets a very prominent place on the track, we’ve decided to rename this Area into the ///M Oval. All pre-registered M models will be lined up in the outer ring of the oval. This way, we create the largest oval of M models in the world. And the best part: all BMW M models are welcome to join, as long as it is an original ///M. So regardless of year, model or type, every BMW ///M driver is able to request a paddock card. In order to register, please fill out the form below.
Which BMW classics are welcome?
In order to create clarity for participants, we have chosen to communicate a clear list of BMW models. This list is not based on a production year or a minimum age, but has to do with the style of the attending BMW. We welcome the following models at BimmerFest Classics: Isetta, 2002, 1600 GT, E3, E9, E12, E21, E23, E24, E28, E30, E34, M1, Z1, Z8, 2000CS, 3200CS, and the 500, 600 and 700 series. Is your BMW type not listed, but are you convinced that it belongs in the Classics area? Send us an application and who knows, we might invite you after all! You can register your classic BMW by filling out the form below.
The ALPINA Straße is exclusively for the original ALPINA models such as the ALPINA B3, D4 and the B6. Of course, these must be complete ALPINA models, only an ALPINA rim or front lip is not sufficient to participate in this section. From new to old, all ALPINA models can be found on the ALPINA Straße. Do you drive an ALPINA? Make sure to register below in order to receive a free paddock card. Are you part of an ALPINA group or club? Clubs are also able to register for this theme!
It’s time for a celebration! The BMW E21 model has its 50th anniversary this year. We will be selecting 25 E21 models to represent the BMW heritage during the 2025 edition! Pre-order a paddock card for BimmerFest
After you have sent your request, the paddock card will be (manually) sent to you as soon as possible. Due to the huge amount of applications, it might take some time before requests are answered. You can assume that we have received your registration, so you don’t need to submit a new request. If you’re not sure whether we have received your request or if you have not received a paddock card after 14 days, please contact us.
Important: do not apply for a paddock pass if you are joining the event with a club, to avoid double registrations. Instead, register with the club and receive the paddock card from the club contact about two weeks prior to the event.
