Reserve a club area at BimmerFest 2024

The (club) paddock is the center of the event. All BMW clubs can reserve a spot in the paddock in advance. We’re expecting many clubs this year, so please make sure to contact us in time. We also ask all clubs to keep us, the organisation, informed of the number of registrations. This way we are able to divide the paddock area as good as possible. There’s a lot of information available for clubs, the most frequently asked questions can be found in the questionnaire below. Do you have another question? Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Frequently asked questions by clubs

All BMW clubs are welcome to join BimmerFest. Also BMW motorbike clubs are more than welcome to attend the event. If you still have doubts whether your club / group of friends is able to join the event, please contact the organisation. The minimum number of vehicles is 8.
When a BMW club registers in advance, the entire club gets a free paddock card (worth € 5,-), which will be sent as a pdf file to the club contact. Paddock cars will be sent about one week prior to the event. We ask the club contact to send the paddock card to all registered members, with the request to place the paddock card visible behind the windscreen on the day of the event. This way, the paddock crew can point you in the right direction.
Tickets for the event can be ordered on the online shop. The hardcopy tickets will be sent by regular mail within three working days. So it may take some time before you receive your order. We have a limited number of tickets available.
A club needs to register at least 8 cars in order to apply for a club participation. Would you like to join BimmerFest with a smaller group? Make sure to request paddock cards for the individual paddock. Don’t forget to mention that you would like to be placed together. More information can be found on the ‘paddock card’ page.
The sponsor of the club is certainly welcome to join, by booking stand space for the event. A participation on the club paddock or distributing corporate expressions through a club is not allowed (without prior permission). This means that flags and banners with club sponsorship are also not allowed to be displayed on the club stand. When a company decides to participate in the event, displays on the club stand are naturally allowed.
You can register your BMW club by filling out the registration form on this page. Do you have any other questions? Please contact the organisation. Due to the immense amount of requests, a reply might take a few days.
